If you want to brew a traditional Oktoberfest lager, you need 2 weeks for fermenting and 4-6 weeks for lagering. I know this sucks and seems too long but if you tell the boys in Munich your doing a "warm-fermented pseudo lager Festbier", you will likely be exterminated..... just saying
