OK, I thought I was aware of every German and Austrian beer style...until now! I was shopping at my favorite craft beer store and saw this one from Schilling, one of my absolute favorite US craft lager breweries out of New Hampshire. I had never heard of this style but figured that if it was from Schilling it has to be good! This one did not disappoint. At just 3.7%, I found this beer to be an excellent choice for weekday drinking or anytime you are looking for a light sessionable beer...

Spring Saison - 2026 edition
If you look at my posts over the past few years you will see that I always brew a saison in the spring but tweak the recipe, hop additions, or other variables each time.
