Red Oak Brewery
I visited the Red Oak brewery several years ago and I was really impressed with the facility and the obvious respect for German beer culture. The Lager Haus was exceptional.
However, the beers were kinda average as I remember...
Am I getting this wrong? Do you have any reviews or opinions on this really cool place?

Cool place but I also recall the beer was average. That said, I had the amber recently and it was really good. Time to give the biergarden another try!
